Hyde Park

One of my most favorite spots in the South Tampa area for many reasons! Excellent shopping experiences and upscale dining attractions are a few contributing factors that make this desirable community a both vibrant and unique place to call home. Many local events are held here and this is a truly loved and sought after community to live.  The area is rich in history can be found adjacent to the downtown areas of Tampa. Included you will find Hyde Park Village, Bayshore Boulevard, and SoHo. A more detailed break-down of each area of this community can be found listed below. 

*Bayshore Boulevard is most recognized for its scenic landscaping which bends with the skyline and water views. The iconic sidewalk still holds the record for the longest sidewalk, totaling 4.5 miles long. This stretch is a local favorite for exercising next to the immaculate views or watching the sunset. It is hard to not notice the extravagant and beautiful real estate located on Bayshore Boulevard. 

*Hyde Park Village - Historic Bungalows and convenient location in close proximity to the downtown Tampa area make this a desirable residential choice. The schools offered here are impeccable and highly rated throughout town. 

*Soho- A District centered around South Howard avenue, this area is known for the entertainment by locals and visitors to enjoy the regions top rated nightlife attractions. You will find a variety of bars, upscale nightclubs and boutiques lining the strip. Making this entertainment spot popular to many residents in addition this area is great for walkability, it is convenient to visit multiple spots of interest in short distance.
