Historic Ybor

Ybor living provides an urban atmosphere and is rich with historic detail throughout each street here. Great entertainment and nightlife throughout this community making it a favorite location for many professionals to reside. The location is convenient to downtown Tampa and is still a short drive to reach Florida's Beach lines or to attend local sporting events. It has many great restaurants and perhaps one of the most recognized, Ybor is home to Columbia restaurant, known for being one of the oldest in the city having been open since 1905. 

The Public schools here are above average compared to others in the city. You will find a large selection of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks, shops for endless entertainment options, excellent art can be found displayed in Ybor areas as well.

* Founded in 1886 by Vicente Martinez Ybor, this community became known as "the cigar capital of the world" and "cigar city" by the 1900s. The streets are lined up with a few remaining old cigar factory buildings and cobblestone/pavers still to date. This is an area rich in Florida history and a cherished spot of many Tampa residents, a great destination or place to live.
